“A few weeks ago, about 90% of our instruments were down for various reasons. I put an emergency call into our Field Support Engineer. The engineer was booked and could not respond immediately, but they quickly scheduled another engineer to be onsite less than 24 working hours later. The second engineer spent three days onsite with us and was able to restore functionality to about 80% of our downed instruments. The following week, another engineer took over and completed the necessary repairs. By the close of last week, we were back up to 100% operational status. The care and quick response shown by both of these individuals is why we have our support contract and why we will continue to maintain our contract for a long time to come.”
