San Ramon, CA: Mirion Technologies, Inc. is thrilled to announce the acquisition of Selmic, a company based in Finland and Estonia effective November 1, 2019. As part of the stated strategy to expand activities on new products while also securing the value chain on priority applications, Selmic will be integrated into the DMD EMEA & APAC structure, with close partnership to our Turku office.

This has been based on a secured supply chain, quality components at a competitive price and a collaborative approach to support Mirion to serve its markets.
