Factory & On-site Calibration

Complete calibration services use a variety of phantoms and sources (including fissile material) for Whole Body Counting, Gamma Spectroscopy, Waste Assay, Gross Alpha/Beta Counters, Contamination Monitors, and more.

Our specialists manage all aspects of the work, from preparation of risk assessments/method statements to final report preparation and documentation assistance. Some Mirion facilities also provide dose calibration capabilities for additional testing and calibration of health physics and neutron instrumentation.

  • Introductory Customer Support Agreement
    For new product acquisitions only, the iCSA provides essential services like installation and familiarization, plus State of Health verifications and many benefits of the On-Site CSA support functions.
  • Extended Warranty CSA
    Our simplest form of support, the Extended Warranty CSA offers return-to-factory repairs for our full line of products.
  • Site Customer Support Agreement
    The Site CSA provides the personnel and parts necessary for on-site preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair, supplemented by return-to-factory repairs if needed.
