Installations
If you purchase a new system or new components for an existing system, an installation carried out by our trained service staff is the best way to reliably put your system into operation as quickly as possible.
Project Management
We offer project management for new, extensive systems. On the one hand, this enables smooth order processing and, on the other hand, customer-specific quality planning in which all requirements are taken into account.
Checks / Functional tests
An annual inspection, which is billed based on the effort required, gives you the security you need to operate your system. Any errors that occur can either be corrected immediately on site or a repair can be initiated.
Preventive Maintenance
We offer preventive maintenance for systems that are not under a maintenance contract. The costs incurred will be billed immediately. On the one hand, this enables our customers to plan short-term decommissioning and, on the other hand, to have the certainty that their system is fully functional and works reliably. Preventive maintenance includes, for example: filter cleaning, checking the fans, cleaning the preamplifiers and high-voltage supplies, checking the power supplies, and cleaning the board contacts.
Repairs
Thanks to our service organization in Germany, Europe and the USA, we are able to carry out all repairs on our devices. Repairs in-house or at customers' sites are carried out by our trained engineers. Detector repairs and conversions, if not possible on site or in-house, are carried out in our European detector production facility in Belgium.
Maintenance Contracts
Our maintenance contract customers are served with the highest priority. If you operate a time- or cost-critical system, a maintenance contract is the best way to keep downtime and costs as low as possible. Periodic preventative maintenance with a check of your system allows you to plan ahead and minimize downtime. With our basic contract we guarantee a response time of 48 hours after receipt of the error message. Other response times are contractually agreed. There are no additional costs for you. All repair work, travel costs and the required spare parts are included in the contract. In the case of special systems, we take care of the spare parts inventory of logistically critical components in order to ensure the fastest possible repair if necessary. Unlimited telephone support is included in the contract.
Thanks to our close cooperation with other companies, we can also offer maintenance contracts for DEC components, your PC or other third-party components. We - as your Mirion partner - take care of the functionality of your entire system.
Spare Parts Inventory
We store most of the standard components used by you, our customer, in Germany and in our European headquarters in Belgium. If a part is not available at the moment, we can usually procure a replacement in the USA in a very short time.
Hotline
Our hotline is available to all customers. For customers without a maintenance contract, a charge may be made based on effort.
Detector Conversions
We can turn your old detector into a NEW detector or install the crystal into a different detector configuration. Your advantages include the installation of the latest Mirion technology and a one-year warranty on the NEW detector. A particularly interesting offer is that we can also convert non-Mirion detectors into a Mirion detector with the desired configuration.
