What’s New in Apex-Alpha/Beta Software:

Sample Counting Sequence (new!) – enables automation of QA sample scheduling and including QA samples to batches as needed – streamlining operations through pre-programmed run sequences for one-touch start. The new Sample Counting Sequence feature is exclusive to use with the Series 6LB™ Counting System. Sample Counting Sequences and routine procedures can be initiated from the Series 6LB system front panel without logging into the attached computer.

As well as user-requested enhancements, including:

  • Compatible with Windows 11 and latest version of SQL server
  • Embedded report editing software updated to latest generation reporting engine
  • Improved algorithm for measurement of environmental conditions
  • Barcode reading functionality added to Series 6LB systems that include an S6-BR camera
  • Separate correction factors for Alpha and Beta
  • Detector name displayed on data grid view
  • Improved user documentation
