Alpha/Beta Counting Systems
Series 6LB™ System
A low background system and high-efficiency gas flow proportional counter, the Series 6LB System is capable of assessing a variety of sample types, including swipe/smears, air filters, water samples, soil samples and more.

- Complete frontal access with no need to lift lead bricks to access the detector – changer slides away from shielding
- A 2.25 in. Gas Flow Proportional Counter with 50 or 100 sample capacity
- Integrates with new, user-initiated Apex-Alpha/Beta software Super Sequence function which enables automation of QA sample scheduling and including QA samples to batches as needed – streamlining operations through pre-programmed run sequences for one-touch start.
- Routine operations on the Series 6LB can be initiated through the front panel – no need to log into the computer.
